New Patients Only: Female Optimization Consultation
This 60-minute consultation is designed to evaluate and address concerns related to hormonal health, thyroid function, and medical weight management. We take a thorough, individualized approach to uncover the root causes of symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, menstrual or menopausal concerns, and more—so we can build a treatment plan that supports lasting wellness.
Blood work is required before your consultation. You will receive a lab order after scheduling.
What to Expect:Step 1: Schedule and Pay for Your Consultation. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Your lab order will be sent to you within 72 hours.
Step 2: Complete Required Blood Work: You may use insurance or choose a cash-pay option:
- Using Insurance*: You can complete labs at LabCorp, HNL, or another lab of your choice (please specify lab preference in comments section when scheduling).
- Bring your lab order and insurance card.
- If using a lab other than LabCorp or HNL, ask them to fax results to 570-373-8820.
- It may take up to 2 weeks for blood work results to fully result, so plan your consultation accordingly.
- Cash-Pay Option: Discounted pricing is available through Rupa Health, with lab draws at Quest Diagnostics.Cash-pay labs must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Note: For female patients who still have menstrual cycles, blood work should ideally be completed between days 21–26 of the cycle and at least 10 days prior to the appointment.
Step 3: Your Consultation*: during your visit, we’ll review your lab results, discuss your symptoms, and create a personalized treatment plan. Recommendations may include hormone therapy, thyroid support, gut health optimization, medical weight loss strategies, and lifestyle guidance based on your specific needs.
