Tricare East and Triwest insurance is accepted for patients located in all states listed above. Tricare Select can book immediately. Tricare Prime requires a referral. Please email [email protected] for referral information, if needed. Please note your deductible starts over on Jan 1. We are out-of-network providers and you will owe a small cost share for the visit. We will bill insurance for you.

Several other major insurance plans are accepted including BCBS NC, Cigna, United, Aetna, & Champ VA. We are out of network -  check your out-of-network benefits before booking the appointment. We will bill insurance for you.

Please note: All appointments are telehealth/virtual. You will receive a link to join a video call in your email. 

Card on File: You will be asked to put a credit card on file. You will NOT be charged to book an appointment. If using insurance, your insurance will be billed. 

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
All appointment cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. 
All No Shows will incur a $100 fee.
