This visit is where it all begins. We’ll review your medical history, diet, lifestyle, and health goals. *In some cases the doctor may recommend lab work prior to the initial consultation.
All televists require a card on file (HSA, FSA, debit, or credit – 3% card fee) & a deposit to hold your appointment. Subject to a cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice with no valid excuse.
We do not accept insurance, but we provide a superbill to be considered for reimbursement.
Before We Meet Please complete the short intake forms and consents — you’ll find them in your welcome email or patient portal. They help us prepare for a focused and productive visit.

Based on your goals, Dr. Badillo may recommend labs (blood, saliva, stool, urine concierge or at-home), supplements, or treatment options. We’ll walk you through everything clearly and at your pace.
We keep things easy, supportive, and personalized — with the goal of helping you feel your best.
Please note that if you are a member, the initial consultation is included in your membership fee.
Concierge Phlebotomy (Chicago, Chicagoland, & select locations in Indiana): We offer you the convenience of concierge phlebotomy (blood draw). If you choose this option, our phlebotomist will come to your location of your choice (ie. home, work, etc) to draw your blood labs and then send them off. Your only responsibility is to fast for 12 hours (in most cases).
Note, if you reside > 25 miles outside of downtown Chicago, an additional travel fee may apply.
A card deposit is required prior to receiving a concierge lab draw, which is credited towards your final bill.
Please note that there is a 3% transaction fee for any card used (credit, debit, HSA, or FSA).
Any cancellation prior to 24 hours without a valid reason is subject to a cancellation fee.

If you reside outside of Illinois or Indiana, but you wish to have Concierge (Mobile) Phlebotomy Services Contact your preferred lab draw service ask if they offer mobile lab draw services near you (most do).

*Whether you schedule your lab draw with us through the Concierge Lab Draw or at a Patient Testing Center with Quest, LabCorp, Vibrant America or Access, we recommend scheduling your appointment for the morning as some labs require you to fast for 12 hours.
If you do not wish to schedule the concierge lab draw, you may self-schedule at with LabCorp, Quest using the lab draw locators below.
It is best if you make an appointment ahead of time for a lab draw.
Please share the date & time of your blood lab draw at Quest or LabCorp with us so we may date & time your lab requisition.
The requisition will be shared on your patient portal and emailed to the lab.
If you would like to bill your insurance and not pay out of pocket for labs please make sure that you update your insurance information in your patient portal (https://tinyurl.com/BLL-Patient-Portal) or you may text a photo of your insurance card and text it to (708) 719-1623.
Please note, wether you are getting a Concierge Lab Draw or going to Quest or LabCorp, there is a $49 “Lab Requisition Fee” - the fee to curate your lab panel (Please note that this fee is waived if you have chosen a membership)
After your results have been released, you may sit down with the physician to review the results in detail. If you do not see a day/time on the schedule that suits your needs or if you have technical difficulties, simply text us at (708) 719-1623.
You may also choose to have the doctor write out a written summary/interpretation of your results (also $199) and the resulting plan, in lieu of a televisit.
Alternatively, if you simply want your results uploaded to your file at no charge without the one-on-one review session, we can do that too.
However, most patients find value in reviewing their labs with the physician to curate their personal health plan, such as changes in supplementation, medication dosing, diet, lifestyle, and exercise.
Please note that if you are a member, the Lab Analysis & Review may be included in your membership fee.
