You may need to scroll through a several weeks to find the first available appointments as we are currently booking out 8-12 weeks.
We do not accept insurance and a having a credit card on file is required. All payments will be collected at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and HSA funds. Please reach out to your HSA provider to confirm coverage prior to your appointment.

If you are scheduling an appointment as a NEW client, please complete the forms in Optimantra at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so Dr. Jessica has plenty of time to review them. If you are unable to fill out your paperwork two days prior to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date.
