Our initial consult includes a thorough medical review, baseline assessment, prescription for labs assessment (lab billed separately unless you are on a membership plan), personalized treatment plan, medication education and medication safety review.  We will also discuss any complementary services along with our one-time treatment plan versus the monthly treatment benefit.  This consult can take anywhere from 45-60 minutes. 

This is to check in and order monthly medication

This Provides you with 1-4 weeks worth of strength, flexibility, and/or resistance training depending on which member- ship plan you choose. 

This is our monthly charge for compounded semaglutide/B6.  This is a month-to-month service which includes the medication at 0.25mg and discussion of proper diet and exercise.

This appointment is the monthly cost of compounded Tirzepatide.  It includes 1 follow up visit after the initial consultation for weight loss.   This does not include shipping, lab work, initial consult.  Initial consult MUST be booked, prior to this appointment.  This appointment can only be booked if you have been approved to take the medication.
