We require at least 1 business day's notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 1 business day notice will incur a $100 missed appointment fee.

In order to establish care with us via Telehealth, you MUST be physically present in the state of Idaho during your Telehealth visit, AND you must have seen a primary care provider in the past 12 months.
