WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. We are a specialty, out-of-network clinic and we cannot bill your insurance. The fees listed below are due at the time of service. 

WE REQUIRE 24 BUSINESS HOURS FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 1 business day notice, we charge a $100 missed appointment fee. 

WAITLIST is open! Please email [email protected] if you would like to be contacted if an earlier appointment becomes available. We also have Telehealth (virtual) appointment options for new patients who would like to establish care sooner.

New Patient $ 375.00
New patient visits generally last 60-75 minutes.
New Patient (Telehealth) $ 375.00
In order to establish care with us via Telehealth, you MUST be physically present in the state of Idaho during your Telehealth visit, AND you must have seen a primary care provider in the past 12 months.

Follow Up $ 250.00
Follow up visits for established patients generally last 45-60 minutes.
Follow Up (Telehealth) $ 250.00
Weight Management Visit $ 180.00
This visit generally lasts 20-30 minutes, and only covers weight management refills/continuation. If you have additional concerns or hormone prescriptions that also need to be addressed during your visit, please schedule a standard follow up visit (above).
