WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. We are a specialty hormone and sexual health practice and we are considered out of network with all insurance companies. The fees listed below are due at the time of service. 

WE REQUIRE 24 BUSINESS HOURS FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 1 business day notice, we charge a $100 missed appointment fee.

New patient visits generally last 60-75 minutes.
New Patient (Telehealth) $ 525.00
In order to establish care with us via Telehealth, you MUST be physically present in the state of Idaho during your Telehealth visit, AND you must have seen a primary care provider in the past 12 months.

Follow Up $ 350.00
Follow Up (Telehealth) $ 350.00
You must be physically present in the state of Idaho during your visit in order to receive Telehealth care.
GLP1 Visit $ 250.00
This visit only covers GLP1 medication refills/continuation. If you have additional concerns or hormone prescriptions that also need to be addressed during your visit, please schedule a standard follow up visit (above).
