This appointment is for established Integrative Medicine clients.  This appointment time is required to go over lab reports.
During this appointment, we will have a thorough discussion of your symptom improvements and discuss where you are still experiencing discomfort.  We can then alter our approach, if needed.

Book this appointment if you are a NEW PATIENT.  Once booked our office will follow-up within 24 hours regarding new patient information, scheduling lab-work and a follow-up appointment. 

During this initial consultation, we will begin with an in-depth review of your comprehensive medical history, discuss your current symptoms, lifestyle factors and review your health goals. We will also order any necessary labs.  
 You and the practitioner will develop a plan together that will take into consideration your preferences, lifestyle, personality, physiology, biochemistry, and genetics. This plan will include recommended changes to your lifestyle if necessary, diet, and supplements.  This appointment will also consider the need for hormone replacement, and medical weight-loss as necessary. Medications are not covered in visit fee. 

Booking Fee Policy
A $75 non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule an appointment.
• This fee is applied toward the cost of the visit at checkout
• If the appointment is canceled for any reason, the booking fee will not be refunded
• If rescheduled with proper notice, the fee may be transferred to the new appointment
