All appointment times are in Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5).
Please be aware, we require at least 24hrs notice for cancellations to avoid our non-show/cancellation fee ($50.00).

Once you book an appointment, we will send you a CHASE payment request for $50.00. This is your deposit, and will be applied to your appointment payment or cancellation fee (if you choose to cancel late or no-show for your appointment). There are no refunds for any payments provided.

1.KCS New Patient: Consultation for Screenings 60 Min $ 100.00

New Patient Consultation
*** Book a Consultation to save $$$ on your lab studies order! **** During this visit, your KCS Practitioner will review your concerns, goals, and desired screening options. Your KCS provider may issue medical intake forms to help with screening selections.

Please visit our Lab Shop to review lab studies. Please be advised, there are many screening options available, and not all are listed on the Lab Shop. Your KCS provider may present additional screening options available through KCS that may be a better fit for your need. CLICK HERE for Our Lab Shop.

By the end of your visit: You will have made your screening selections.
Next Steps: Your KCS Practitioner will place your order with the appropriate lab partner(s), who will connect with you for next steps, including receiving screens at home or scheduling blood draw appointments at a patient service center (PSC).

2.KCS Established Patient: Results Review Visit 90 Min $ 150.00

Results Review Visit to review your screening results with a KCS Practitioner.

By the end of the visit: Your KCS Practitioner will have reviewed your screening results with you and provided suggestions for next steps.
Next Steps: Share your screening results with your healthcare provider(s) for treatment and desired next steps.

3.Established Patient Provider visit (additional visit) 30 Min $ 50.00
