a hair removal treatment specifically targeting the hair along the sideburns, which are the areas of facial hair located near the temples and in front of the ears. Waxing the sideburns involves applying a layer of warm wax to the area, allowing it to cool and adhere to the hair, and then quickly pulling the wax away to remove the hair from the roots.
A more extensive hair removal treatment for the bikini area. It involves removing most or all of the hair from the pubic region, including the front, sides, and often the back (between the buttocks).
A hair removal treatment that removes unwanted hair around the bikini line, typically in the area where the pubic hair meets the edges of a swimsuit or underwear. The goal is to clean up the edges of the bikini area while leaving the majority of the pubic hair intact, but the amount of hair removed can vary depending on the type of bikini wax you choose. Standard Bikini Wax: This removes hair along the edges of the bikini line, just outside where a swimsuit would sit, creating a clean, defined line.
A full leg wax is a hair removal treatment that removes unwanted hair from the entire leg, from the upper thigh all the way down to the ankle, including the knee.
A half leg wax is a hair removal treatment that targets either the upper or lower half of the legs. Depending on which area you're focusing on, it can be:
  • Upper half leg wax: This includes the area from the knee to the thigh.
  • Lower half leg wax: This covers the area from the knee down to the ankle.
A hair removal treatment that targets the entire arm, from the shoulder down to the wrist. This process removes unwanted hair from the upper and lower parts of the arm, including the area around the elbow.
A half arm wax is a hair removal treatment where hair is removed from either the upper or lower half of the arm, depending on the specific area being treated.
  • Upper half arm wax: This focuses on the area from the elbow to the shoulder.
  • Lower half arm wax: This targets the area from the elbow down to the wrist.
a hair removal treatment where unwanted hair from the underarm area is removed using wax
A full face wax is a hair removal treatment where unwanted facial hair is removed from various areas of the face, usually including the:
  • Eyebrows (shaping or cleaning)
  • Upper lip
  • Chin
  • Sides of the face (around the jawline and cheek area)
  • Forehead (if needed)
Hair is removed from the lower lip area using wax. This is a common method of hair removal, particularly for individuals who want to get rid of unwanted facial hair. The process involves applying warm wax to the area around the lower lip, letting it cool and harden, then quickly removing the wax strip to pull the hair out from the root.
An eyebrow wax is a beauty treatment that shapes and removes unwanted eyebrow hair. It involves applying warm wax to the areas where hair needs to be removed and then pressing a cloth or paper strip onto the wax. The strip is quickly pulled off in the opposite direction of hair growth, removing the hair from the root. This process can give eyebrows a cleaner, more defined shape. Waxing tends to last longer than tweezing or shaving because it removes hair from the root, and it can also help to shape the brows more precisely.
An upper lip wax is a hair removal technique where wax is applied to the skin above your upper lip to remove unwanted hair. The process involves spreading a thin layer of warm wax over the area, placing a cloth or paper strip on top, and quickly pulling it off in the opposite direction of hair growth. This removes the hair from the root, which can give smoother skin for weeks compared to shaving.
A chin wax is a method of hair removal where warm wax is applied to the skin on the chin, and then a strip of cloth or paper is pressed on top. The wax is quickly removed, pulling out the hair from the root. It's a popular choice for people who want to remove unwanted chin hair for a longer-lasting result compared to shaving.

A 30-minute facial consultation typically refers to a short, focused session with a skincare professional where they assess your skin's current condition and offer personalized advice or recommendations. During this consultation, the professional may:
  1. Examine Your Skin: They’ll analyze your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive, etc.) and look for any concerns such as acne, dryness, pigmentation, or signs of aging.
  2. Ask About Your Skin Care Routine: You may be asked about the products you're currently using and any issues you're facing with your skin.
  3. Provide Recommendations: Based on the assessment, they may recommend specific products or treatments suited to your needs, like serums, moisturizers, or facials.
  4. Answer Questions: You can ask any questions about your skincare concerns or products.
This facial is perfect for those who desire a rejuvenating treatment but are unsure of their specific skincare needs. It begins with a thorough skin analysis to identify your skin type and concerns, followed by a customized cleansing to remove impurities. The treatment includes gentle exfoliation to eliminate dead skin cells, revealing a smoother and more radiant complexion. A tailored mask or serum is then applied to target your skin’s unique needs, followed by a nourishing moisturizer and broad-spectrum SPF for optimal hydration and protection.
It is ideal for anyone seeking a personalized, results-driven facial in a relaxing, soothing experience.

Microchanneling with Procell is a skin treatment that involves the use of a specialized device to create tiny micro-channels (or micro-injuries) in the skin. This process is designed to stimulate the skin’s natural healing response, promoting collagen and elastin production, which helps to improve skin texture, tone, and overall appearance.
Procell is a brand known for its advanced microchanneling technology, which uses a unique, patented handpiece with fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries. The treatment is often combined with growth factors or serums, such as Procell’s proprietary growth factor serum, to enhance skin rejuvenation and accelerate the healing process.
Benefits of microchanneling with Procell include:
  • Reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Improving skin texture and tone
  • Reducing scars, including acne scars
  • Enhancing overall skin radiance
  • Promoting collagen and elastin production
The treatment is generally well-tolerated with minimal downtime, though patients may experience slight redness or swelling right after the procedure. Typically, a series of sessions (usually 3-4) is recommended for optimal results, with treatments spaced a few weeks apart.

Ombré brows is a semi-permanent makeup technique that creates a gradient effect on the eyebrows, transitioning from a lighter color at the front to a darker color at the tail. The process is done using a small tattoo machine or a manual tool to deposit pigment into the skin. The result is a soft, powdered look, often described as a makeup-like finish, which makes the eyebrows appear fuller and more defined. Ombré brows are typically low-maintenance and last for about 1-3 years, depending on skin type and aftercare.
A 6-8 week touch-up for ombré brows is common to ensure the best results and to refine the initial application. During this touch-up appointment, the artist will assess how the pigment has settled into the skin and make any necessary adjustments. The touch-up can involve adding more pigment to areas where it may have faded, refining the shape, or darkening certain parts of the brows to achieve the perfect gradient. It’s important to go to the touch-up session to ensure the brows last longer and maintain their desired look.
After the touch-up, your ombré brows should last for about 1-2 years before requiring another session depending on skin type and aftercare.
Some people may need an ombré brows touch-up between 9 to 12 weeks, depending on how their skin heals and how well the pigment has retained. The 6-8 week touch-up is typically recommended for optimal results, but if the pigment has faded less than expected or if the healing process requires more time, a touch-up within the 9-12 week window is still common and effective.
In this session, the artist will again assess the shape and color, making adjustments to any areas that need more definition or color to keep your brows looking fresh. This timing also allows enough healing time for the skin to settle and for the artist to work with your natural brow growth.
Telemedicine services refer to the use of digital communication technologies, such as video calls, phone calls, and online platforms, to provide healthcare services remotely. This allows patients to consult with healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and therapists, without visiting a healthcare facility in person.

Telemedicine follow-up refers to the remote continuation of care after an initial consultation, treatment, or procedure, using digital platforms like video calls, phone calls, or online messaging. These follow-ups are particularly valuable for managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, or monitoring progress after an illness or treatment. The primary goal of telemedicine follow-up is to ensure that patients are recovering well, address any concerns or complications early, and adjust treatment plans if needed—all without requiring an in-person visit.
A physical exam conducted by a nurse practitioner (NP) is similar to the one performed by a physician, with the goal of evaluating a patient's overall health and identifying any potential medical conditions. Nurse practitioners are trained to conduct thorough assessments, including taking a health history, performing various physical exam techniques, and interpreting findings to diagnose and manage patient care.
