Welcome to Caleyo Wellness! We’re excited to be part of your wellness journey. Before booking your appointment, please review the following policies:
  • Credit Card Required for Booking A valid credit card must be placed on file to secure your appointment.
  • 48-Hour Cancellation Policy – We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $99 feeTo respect the time of both our clients and providers, please note: Clients who cancel, reschedule, or no-show more than twice will not be eligible to book a third appointment. This policy helps ensure availability for those who are committed to their scheduled time. 
  • Initial Consultations & Assessments – Complimentary aesthetic consultations, skin analysis, and body composition scans will be charged $99 if you do not show up or cancel last minute.
  • All Sales Are Final – Skincare and supplement purchases are non-refundable.

At Caleyo Wellness, our in-person aesthetic consultation is a comprehensive, physician-guided evaluation designed to create clarity, develop a strategy, and build confidence. This is not a rushed conversation. It is a structured, collaborative experience focused on understanding your goals while educating you on the science behind facial aging.

Your consultation includes four essential components:
1. Concern Evaluation:  First, we begin by understanding your primary concerns, aesthetic goals, lifestyle factors, and previous treatment history. This allows us to prioritize what matters most to you while identifying patterns that influence long-term results.
2. Clinical Photography & Baseline Analysis: High-quality medical photographs are taken to objectively assess symmetry, skin quality, volume distribution, and areas of concern. This creates a baseline for tracking progress and ensures precise treatment planning.
3. Full-Face Evaluation & Aging Education: Together, we evaluate the face from top to bottom. We discuss how collagen loss, volume shifts, skin laxity, muscle movement, and changes in hydration contribute to what you see in the mirror. While we always keep your primary concern in focus, we also educate you on the aging process as a whole so you can make informed, strategic decisions rather than reactive ones.
4. Personalized Treatment Letter & Investment Plan: After your visit, you receive a detailed consultation summary outlining recommended treatments, sequencing, and pricing. This allows you to review your options clearly and move forward with confidence, whether immediately or in phases.
Our goal is natural, balanced, and regenerative results that enhance your features without altering your identity.

Important Note for Filler Appointments: If you are seeking dermal filler treatment, an in-person consultation and facial assessment must be completed first to determine candidacy, product selection, and treatment approach. Filler or biostimulator treatments cannot be performed without this prior assessment.

Consultation Fee Applied Toward Treatment: A $250 consultation fee is collected at the end of your visit and will be applied as a credit toward any treatment booked within 30 days of your consultation date.

Please note:
  • If no eligible treatment is booked or purchased within 30 days of your consultation date, the consultation fee becomes non-refundable and cannot be used as credit.
  • The consultation credit does not apply to the advanced combination facial services, restorative facials, body therapy facials, skincare products, or retail purchases.
  • The $99 booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for no-shows.
This ensures every client receives safe, customized care and optimal results.
