Suboxone Induction:
- Standard induction of Suboxone typically requires mild to moderate opioid withdrawal. However, Mindset Healthcare follows a novel low-dose buprenorphine induction procedure.
- This means you can start Suboxone regardless of whether you’re currently in withdrawal or have recently used opioids1.

Administration of Sublocade:
- Your treatment provider will administer Sublocade just under the skin (subcutaneously) in your abdomen.
- You may feel or see a small bump at the injection site, which is normal. This bump, called a depot, releases medicine throughout the month1.
Consent Forms and Counseling:
- You’ll need to complete all 12 consent forms related to your treatment.
