The Discovery Call is the first step in determining whether Vitality Health Solutions is the right fit for your health and weight-loss goals. During this visit, we will:
Review your medical history, current symptoms, and weight-loss challenges
Discuss your goals related to weight, energy, hormones, and overall wellness
Evaluate potential hormonal and metabolic patterns that may be impacting results (PCOS, perimenopause, insulin resistance, thyroid, stress)
Determine initial eligibility for medical weight-loss therapies and/or hormone optimization
Order custom baseline laboratory testing to assess hormones, metabolism, and overall health
Following the Discovery Call:
You will receive lab orders to complete blood work prior to your Initial Consultation
Your $97 deposit will be credited toward your Initial Consultation fee if you move forward
Medications are not prescribed during the Discovery Call.
Cost: $397 (minus $97 Discovery Call credit if applicable) The Initial Consultation is a comprehensive medical evaluation designed to create a personalized hormone and weight-loss plan. During this visit, we will:
Perform a detailed review of your laboratory results
Assess hormonal, metabolic, and nutritional factors contributing to weight gain or stalled progress
Review your health history, medications, and contraindications
Determine whether you are a candidate for medical weight-loss medications (including GLP-1 therapies) and/or hormone optimization
Discuss treatment options, expectations, risks, and benefits
Establish clear health and weight-loss goals
Create a personalized treatment plan, including:
Medication strategy (if appropriate)
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Monitoring and follow-up schedule
If approved:
Prescriptions will be sent to the appropriate pharmacy
Membership options and next steps will be reviewed

A private one-on-one advisement session to review your symptoms, health concerns, or cycle questions -- and help you feel informed, prepared, and empowered to take the next step in your care. During your session, we'll:
Go over symptoms, questions or health concerns in detail
Discuss possible contributing factors and what they may mean
Outline what to track, ask or share with your healthcare provider
Help you feel confident advocating for yourself and your health

No Refunds.
You are allowed one reschedule within a 15 day window.
No Show: After 10 minutes, the meeting is cancelled. Your deposit is forfeited. You may reschedule again.
