Scheduling an Appointment
Credit Card: As a part of scheduling an appointment, you'll be asked to put a credit card on file. However, you won't be charged until the day of your appointment. If you wish to use a different form of payment to pay for your visit, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. This allows us time to offer your appointment to another person. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge 100% of the visit fee. For complementary visits (i.e., 15 min consultation), we will charge you a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
We understand that life happens, and you may have unexpected events that prevent you from making it to your appointment. We are happy to waive any cancellation fee for emergencies. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
Insurance: We currently accept Cigna. Starting October 4, 2025 we will also accept Aetna. If you want to book an appointment without insurance, you can still be seen. This would be a "fee-for-service" or "out-of-pocket" cost, which means you pay the full cost at the time of your appointment. We want you to know upfront: new patient appointments are $300 and follow-ups are $150.
For patients seeking Out-of-Network reimbursement, we are happy to provide an itemized bill for you to send to your insurance company.
