Our medical weight loss program begins with a comprehensive evaluation by a licensed provider. During this consultation, your medical history, current health status, and weight loss goals will be reviewed in detail. Based on clinical assessment, the provider will determine the most appropriate treatment plan, which may include prescription medications such as Phentermine, Semaglutide, or Tirzepatide.

Program Overview:

• Comprehensive medical evaluation (in-office or telehealth)
• Individualized treatment plan tailored to patient needs
• Access to prescription options when clinically appropriate
• Medication dispensing or shipment available after provider approval
• Required follow-up visits for ongoing prescription management and dose adjustments

Booking Policy
A non-refundable $75 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be applied toward the first service package recommended by your provider.

Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.

• An initial medical consultation is mandatory prior to initiating therapy.
• Prescriptions are only provided when medically appropriate and will not be issued without proper evaluation.
• Follow-up appointments are required to continue treatment.

Our hormone optimization program begins with a comprehensive evaluation by a licensed provider. This consultation includes a detailed review of your medical history, current symptoms, and laboratory results. Based on clinical findings, your provider will determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate and develop an individualized treatment plan.

Therapy options may include:

• Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
• Traditional Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
• Customized protocols for women (including post-menopause care) and men

• A $75 fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• The appointment fee is $75, collected at the time of booking and non-refundable.
