IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you are a new patient, please do not select from appointments below. Instead, please go back to the home page on returntomovement.com and click on the button "NEW PATIENTS" found at the bottom of any page on the returntomovement.com website.

If you are an ESTABLISHED PATIENT and your return appointment has not been scheduled yet, please click on an appointment below and choose a date and time that falls in the range that Kathleen suggested for a return visit. Once you select an appointment, it will have to be confirmed and may be moved to a slightly different time to accommodate the scheduling process. Because of this, it is important that you double check the appointment time in the confirmation/reminder email you will receive once the appointment is confirmed. Please let us know if the timing does not work for you. We try to avoid changing the appointment time but it is sometimes unavoidable.
