Full payment is required at booking.
This allows us to order your labs right away so you can schedule your visit with LabCorp. Then when you have your initial consultation we already have your results to review together, and don't have to go back and forth like most doctor's offices.
What to expect: After you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email from us and a separate email from LabCorp. You will need to go to LabCorp for bloodwork and they will send us the results so we have them for your appointment. YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR LAB WORK 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR VISIT, or else we won't get them in time.
Refund policy:
48 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.
If no labs were completed then a 100% refund is given.
If labs were completed then a 50% refund is given and you can keep your lab reports.
It usually takes about a week for a refund to process.
No refunds for less than 48 hour notice.
