During this call, your provider will complete a brief review of your medical history, discuss details regarding our weight loss options and plan details, and answer any questions you may have.
The telehealth weight management follow-up is for established patients who are currently on one of our weight loss plans. This visit is to track progress and to request refill of weight loss medication. *Price included in active plan subscription. If most recent plan has expired, please contact your provider.
The weight management maintenance visit is for established patients who are not currently in active plan and would like to follow up with provider to discuss progress or plan renewal, or other details related to the program.
