Booking Fee: A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment.
  • For self-pay patients (credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA, or cash), the fee is applied as a credit toward your package. For Cherry or CareCredit patients, the fee is applied as a consultation cost.

This visit provides virtual one-on-one health coaching throughout your journey (outside of initial visit and follow up appointments for medication refills) as needed to address any concerns with dosing, progress, outcomes and maintenance. Please book if you need my undivided attention just for encouragement or the need to pivot and adjust, to brainstorm ideas or just for an extra push!
