The next step will involve a lab draw, and scheduling a full consultation appointment to review lab work and program eligibility. The cost for the initial visit is $250 which includes the cost of required lab tests.

• Fee  includes medication, supplies, routine lab work, & 1 virtual follow up visit per once month. 

The initial consultation includes a complete history and physical and review of lab work previously order. Lab must be available prior to visit. We will go through each lab one by one with you so you understand where you stand with your health. This visit is more than just a weight loss consultation, it includes comprehensive lifestyle assessment, vitamin and supplement counseling as well as additional services such as introduction to our health coaching program which will be included in your package.
