This is a free, NO-obligation video call consultation to help determine if our Mental health service, Hormone Replacement program, or medical weight loss services is the right fit for you. If you decide to proceed with any of our services, you can schedule that at the end of our discussion. The next step will involve a lab draw, and scheduling a full consultation appointment to review lab work and program eligibility. The cost for the initial visit is $350 which includes the cost of required lab tests. 

Our WEIGHT LOSS and HORMONE OPTIMIZATION SERVICES Is a CASH ONLY SERVICE. Insurance is  NOT accepted for these services.
Initial Psychiatric Assessment Visit - Office 60 Min $ 250.00
This is a complete psychiatric evaluation. During this visit a complete history will be gather to address mental health concern. This evaluation is for mediation management only. If therapy is needed a referral for therapy will be provided. Lab work may also be recommended. Medication may not be prescribe during this visit as more information may need to be gather to determine the correct treatment plan.

We do not RX Benzodiazepine or Stimulant.

Male Comprehensive Hormonal Optimization Consultation 60 Min $ 150.00
Length of Visit: 60-90 min 

The initial consultation includes a complete history and physical. In addition, we will go through each lab one by one with you so you understand where you stand with your health.It includes comprehensive lifestyle assessment, vitamin and supplement recommendations.

It is highly recommended to have your labs results available before your visit so that we can discuss and and provide you with your treatment plan and recommendations.

We will order the comprehensive labs for you. You can use your insurance to cover the cost.   

For men experiencing low libido, energy, low motivation, and weight gain which could indicate hormonal imbalances, this consultation evaluates your hormone levels, symptoms, and lifestyle to determine if Testosterone replacement therapy is the right solution to restore vitality and well-being.

The initial consultation includes a complete history and physical and review of lab work previously order. Lab must be available prior to visit. We will go through each lab one by one with you so you understand where you stand with your health. This visit is more than just a weight loss consultation, it includes comprehensive lifestyle assessment, vitamin and supplement counseling as well as additional services such as introduction to our health coaching program which will be included in your package.
