Initial Consultation Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women: Virtual Appointment $ 200.00
During this appointment, we will review your symptoms in detail and determine which lab tests are necessary. This will allow us to proceed with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) tailored to your specific needs.  This appointment will be conducted over Zoom.
Initial Consultation Testosterone Replacement Therapy for Men: Virtual $ 200.00
During this appointment, we will review your symptoms in detail and determine which lab tests are necessary. This will allow us to proceed with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) tailored to your specific needs. This appointment will take place over Zoom.
Weight Loss Follow-Up: Virtual Appointment $ 0.00
This appointment will be conducted via Zoom
Weight Loss Maintenance Dose Refill: Virtual Appointment $ 150.00
This appointment is for established weight loss patients who have reached their goal and transitioned to maintenance dosing. We'll review your progress, discuss any changes, and provide a prescription refill if appropriate.
Weight Loss and HRT/TRT Follow Up: Virtual Appointment $ 0.00
This appointment type is intended for patients enrolled in both our weight loss and HRT/TRT programs. If you are not participating in both services, please select the appropriate individual appointment option. Appointments will be conducted via zoom.

Nursing Student Physicals $ 25.00
Physicals for nursing students to be able to participate in clinical for school. Please bring all necessary paperwork from your school.
Nursing Student ONLY QuantiFERON TB Gold $ 150.00
Please use this selection if you only need to have a TB test ordered for nursing school. The time listed does not require you to be present.
