Core Medical Solutions operates as a self-pay medical practice. We are not contracted with insurance companies and therefore does not bill insurance for visits. The cost per visit is $150.

Prescription medication coverage varies by insurance plan. If you have insurance coverage for medications, I will assist with prior authorizations and appeals if necessary; however, coverage is not guaranteed.

Visits are typically eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Please check with your plan administrator for details.

Virtual visits are typically scheduled every 3-6 months, though appointment frequency may vary based on clinical response, medication tolerance, and individual medical needs.
