If you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe mental health crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Schedule II Medications:
Ohio law prohibits this practice from prescribing Schedule II drugs.
Examples include Adderall, Concerta, Vyvanse, & Ritalin.
Insurance and Payment:
Private Pay Clients: Rates as listed. Payment is due at time of visit.
Insurance Clients: Please check with your insurer for benefit details and out-of-pocket costs.
To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking.
No charges will be applied to your card when you schedule.
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a $75 fee.
