CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • Please provide at least 48 business hours notice for cancellations. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the full amount will be charged. Our office is closed on weekends, so cancellations should be made by 5:00 PM on Thursday for weekend appointments and by 5:00 PM on any day for weekday appointments.


REFUND POLICY:

  • Consultations: We strive to make your visit optimal. We require a 2 working day cancellation of your appointment to be refunded.
