I curranty accept NH Medicaid and am in network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, United, Aetna, Tricare/VA plans, Harvard Pilgrim, and CIGNA. I try to keep up with most NH Market Place plans as well (they are tricky as the change ALL the time).
As of 2025, I no longer accept Medicare. I am sorry about this limitation.  I can offer none covered Medicare services at a cash pay rate only.
Medicaid appointments are limited to 2 per year, then billing will be cash pay/counseling.

This is for new patients or for women who have not been seen in >3 years. During this appointment there will be a comprehensive review of your family, medical and surgical history with exploration of current symptoms of concern. During this appointment, labs can be ordered/collected, medications and supplements ordered and referrals can be sent for supportive services. If you are due for a physical exam, that can be completed per guidelines. Teaching will be completed to align with your goals for care, based on your current phase of life. Utilization of risk reduction and health promotion will be based on teaching related to the 5 pillars of health (food, movement, sleep, stress/social and supplements) curated to your health needs and goals. Appointment must be in person.
  • If you have had a gyn exam in the last 12 months with another provider, but want to transfer care to H&H, you can select this appointment, but it will be billed as specialist appt, not preventative.

During these appointments your care is addressed with the lens of mind, body and soul. When we have big life transitions, one can't shift without others shifting around you, either expectations of your own, parts of your own life, or boundaries and structures for those around you to meet you where you are in your journey. I will be your mirror and sounding board, this will be a space for ideas, inspiration and accountability.
These visits are reserved for times where you want further support with care that may be outside of the a non-insurance billable service (cause you know, insurance does not cover these types of holistic life care needs). These visits may include follow up care for symptoms of concern, work on learning about mood changes, new body symptoms, settling into this new life phase and work on boundaries, self care, nutrition and supplement support or other non medical counseling services.
