All new potential patients must book this visit first. We only see patients who live in Idaho and Utah. We look forward to working with you. If you are new to us and have questions before you book, feel free to schedule a 15-minute complimentary discovery call to answer basic questions. This is do determine if our cash pay membership model is a good fit for you, and if you need labs you need prior to your initial weight loss or hormone replacement visit. 

Basic financial questions:

• We do not bill your insurance. We are a cash-pay clinic only. 
• Female hormone replacement therapy is $1500 a year when billed monthly at $125. Otherwise, it is $2000/yr
  • This plan includes thyroid check, monitoring, and oversight if thyroid replacement is necessary
  • Hormone clients can add on weight loss for $300 per 3 months of treatment ($100 a month!!!)
• Weight loss programs start at $225/month. With a 3 month minimum, this is billed every 3 months at $675
• "Microdosing" plans start at $200/month. With a 3 month minimum, this is billed every 3 months at $600

As a reminder, we do not offer primary care or urgent care services. Regular screenings, routine yearly lab work, and care for primary care concerns must be maintained through your own personal primary care physician.

Medical Weight Loss Program (GLP-1 Therapy)
Our comprehensive medical weight loss program is designed to give you everything you need for safe, effective, and sustainable results—without surprise fees or fragmented care.

Program Pricing: $225 per month (Billed every 3 months, $675 total)
What’s Included:

• Tirzepatide medication for 3 months: Your GLP-1 medication is included in the program cost—no separate pharmacy billing.
• Two provider-led telehealth visits: 
  • Initial medical evaluation and treatment planning
  • 6-week follow-up visit to assess progress and adjust dosing as needed
• Unlimited provider messaging: Direct access to your medical team throughout the program for questions, side effects, or support.
• GLP-1 Mini Course Series: Educational content to help you understand how GLP-1 medications work, optimize results, manage side effects, and build sustainable habits.

This program offers a streamlined, all-inclusive approach to medical weight loss—combining expert medical oversight, education, and ongoing support to help you achieve real, lasting results.

Laboratory Testing
If laboratory work is required prior to starting therapy, testing is billed separately from your program fee. This allows you the flexibility to use your insurance coverage for labs if you choose.

We typically coordinate laboratory testing through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics, with testing locations selected based on your geographic location and convenience.

All laboratory orders, clinical review, and medical oversight are included in your program. The cost of laboratory testing itself is determined by your insurance plan (or self-pay pricing if insurance is not used).

Labs and medications are not bundled into the program cost. This is intentional—so you can:

• Use your health insurance for lab work and prescriptions
• Avoid inflated, all-inclusive program pricing
• Maintain flexibility based on your individual insurance coverage

The cost of labs and medications varies depending on your insurance plan and pharmacy, and is paid directly by the patient.

We typically coordinate laboratory testing through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics, with testing locations selected based on your geographic location and convenience.

All laboratory orders, clinical review, and medical oversight are included in your program. The cost of laboratory testing itself is determined by your insurance plan (or self-pay pricing if insurance is not used).

Peptide Therapy
Peptides may be prescribed when appropriate and are offered at an additional cost.

Patients enrolled in our Comprehensive Hormone Care Program receive preferred access to our medical weight loss program at a significantly reduced rate.

• $125 per month (normally $225/month)
• A $100 monthly savings exclusively for hormone replacement patients

This discounted rate allows eligible patients to combine hormone optimization with medically supervised weight loss for a more comprehensive, whole-body approach.
Weight loss services are optional and available at an additional cost.

This is a required monthly follow up visit for a patient currently on active weight loss therapy at The Core Health Clinic. The visit fee is covered in the cost of monthly membership.

Low-Dose GLP-1 Maintenance Program
This program is designed for patients who have completed active weight loss and are transitioning into long-term weight maintenance using low-dose, fractional GLP-1 therapy. Or for those who do not need to lose weight (maybe 2-5 lbs, if any) but want the longevity and health benefits of GLP1/GIP therapy. 

Program Pricing: $200 per month, billed every 3 months ($600 total)

What’s Included

Low-dose GLP-1/GIP medication (fractional dosing)

• A 3-month vial of medication intended for maintenance—not active weight loss.

Quarterly provider visits

• One provider visit every 3 months to monitor progress, assess tolerance, and adjust maintenance dosing as appropriate.

Ongoing medical oversight

• Continued clinical management to support weight stability and metabolic health.
