This service is designed for new patients seeking prescription weight loss support. The $100 BACK TO SCHOOL $75 fee includes:

A comprehensive health review
Lab orders (if medically necessary)
Prior authorization submission to your insurance company (if required)

Prescription Refill Policy:

A $25 fee applies to each prescription refill.
For patients using Zepbound, this medication is offered through LillyDirect and must be paid for directly to LillyDirect.
My fee for managing and submitting Zepbound refills is $50 per refill.

Please note: This fee covers provider time and administrative services, and is separate from the cost of the medication itself.

Prescription Maintenance and Weight Loss medication for CURRENT PATIENTS ONLY $25 15 Min $ 25.00

Only maintenance medication and prescription weight loss medication for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound for CURRENT PATIENTS will be refilled $25
