Step 1 Of 3

Welcome to Erin Inspire Health and Wellness and your first step in your wellness journey. I am happy you are here.
This is your starting point if you are not sure where to begin, or if you are looking for a deeper, root-cause approach to your health.
This visit includes a comprehensive review of your current concerns, any prior lab work, and a discussion of how your symptoms may be connected across systems such as hormones, gut health, metabolism, and overall wellness. You will leave with a clear understanding of what may be contributing to how you feel and personalized next steps.
This is not a primary care visit or a medication-only appointment. The focus is on identifying and addressing underlying imbalances to help you feel your best.

This visit is your initial step to calming the storm that can come with hormone imbalance.
The fee includes time spent with the provider, a comprehensive review of your symptoms, and the labs needed to begin Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. We will evaluate your current hormone status and create a personalized plan to support balance, symptom relief, and long-term wellness.
Important: Lab results are required for this visit. After booking, a lab kit will be mailed directly to you. You will then take the kit to a local lab for your blood draw (lab draw fee is paid separately at that time).
For best use of your appointment time, this visit is ideally scheduled once lab results are available (typically within 2–3 weeks of completing your kit).
Hormone Testing Timing: If you are still having regular menstrual cycles, hormone labs are best drawn during the luteal phase, typically days 19–21 of your cycle (with day 1 being the first day of your period). You may wish to begin tracking your cycle now to help plan appropriately once your kit arrives.

This is your initial step on your weight loss journey.
The fee includes time spent with the provider, a review of your health history and goals, and the basic labs needed to safely initiate a medical weight loss program. This may include GLP-1 medications when appropriate, along with guidance to support sustainable, long-term results.

Please note: If you have any of the following, you are not a candidate for GLP-1 medications:
  • Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
  • Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2)
  • History of serious hypersensitivity reactions to the medication or its components
If any of the above apply, please schedule an Initial Consult, as Erin Inspire Health and Wellness can still support you with alternative approaches.
