How it Works: Your journey begins with a Telemedicine Consultation to assess eligibility and discuss personalized treatment options.  

Baseline Laboratory Studies: We’ll determine your starting point with baseline labs. You may use your insurance at your preferred lab or opt for our discounted self-pay lab option. 

Note: We will determine if you qualify to join our program after our medical provider completes your initial telemedicine intake consultation. Labs are required every 3 months and can be accepted if completed within 3 months prior to starting the program. 

Program Details: Our Medical Weight Loss Program offers safe, effective solutions through medical supervision, personalized lifestyle guidance, and prescription weight loss injections to support your long-term success.

• 3-month minimum commitment required
• Follow-up telemedicine appointments required 
• Ongoing provider support & progress tracking
• Weight loss Injections. Electronic prescription sent to the Pharmacy.

Medication & Pharmacy Information: Weight loss medications are not included in the program fee.  

This is a fully virtual program—no in-office visits are necessary. Medications are shipped directly to your door for convenience.

We are now proudly accepting Commercial PPO Insurance in the state of California for our Telemedicine appointments.

Accepted PPO plans currently include:
• Anthem Blue Cross

We are also pending approval with:
• Blue Shield of California
• Health Net

Please note: Patients must have active PPO coverage with one of the accepted plans at the time of service. HMO plans are not accepted at this time. Verification of benefits does not guarantee coverage or payment. Patients are responsible for any uncovered services or copayments.

How it Works: Your journey begins with a Telemedicine Consultation to assess eligibility and discuss personalized treatment options. A nonrefundable consultation fee of $149 is required, along with completed intake and consent forms prior to your appointment.  

Baseline Laboratory Studies: We’ll determine your starting point with baseline labs. You may use your insurance at your preferred lab or opt for our discounted self-pay lab option. 

Note: We will determine if you qualify to join our program after our medical provider completes your initial telemedicine intake consultation. Labs are required every 3 months and can be accepted if completed within 3 months prior to starting the program.

Medication & Pharmacy Information: Weight loss medications are not included in the program fee. After your electronic prescription is sent, you will pay the pharmacy directly. Upon payment, the pharmacy will ship your medication along with all necessary supplies to begin treatment.

• Wegovy (Semaglutide): Paid directly to NovoCare Pharmacy
