• A valid lab order is required prior to your appointment.
• Our licensed medical staff will draw your blood at your preferred location and securely transport it to the lab.

Need a Lab Order?

• We offer an optional telemedicine appointment with a licensed provider for $150 if not covered by insurance. 
• Once your lab results are ready, the laboratory will  send them directly to the ordering provider for review.

We are currently in-network with the following commercial PPO plans:
Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.
We are out-of-network with Blue Shield of California and Health Net, with contracts pending.

We are now proudly accepting Commercial PPO Insurance in the state of California for both Telemedicine and Mobile Urgent Care services.

Please note: Patients must have active PPO coverage with one of the accepted plans at the time of service. HMO plans are not accepted at this time. Verification of benefits does not guarantee coverage or payment. Patients are responsible for any uncovered services or copayments.

At One Health Mobile, we understand the importance of utilizing your health insurance for your imaging and laboratory needs. If you prefer to use your current health insurance for lab or imaging expenses, we are pleased to offer the option to send a lab requisition or imaging request form to the laboratory or imaging center of your choice.

Self-Pay Options
One Health Mobile is proud to announce partnerships with Access Medical Labs, Rupa Health and Evexia diagnostics, enhancing our patients’ access to a diverse range of diagnostic lab tests at a reduce cost for cash pay patients.

Includes:

1. Concierge Fee – $100 (Covers travel and licensed staff for in-home service)
2. Culture Collection – $50  (Includes urine, nasal swabs, throat or wound cultures)
