Your Appointment Includes:

• Thorough medical evaluation
• Electronic prescription sent to your preferred pharmacy
• Imaging order (X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI) if medically necessary
• Lab order if medically necessary
• Work or school excuse note
  
• 1 Point-of-Care Testing: Strep, COVID-19, Flu, Mono, Urinalysis, Blood Sugar Check 

and/or 

• 1 Procedures: IV Hydration, Laceration Repair, Suture Removal, Incision & Drainage, Ear Lavage, Nebulizer Breathing Treatment, Phlebotomy Services, Medication Administration

We are now proudly accepting Commercial PPO Insurance in the state of California for our Mobile Urgent Care services.

Accepted PPO plans currently include:
• Anthem Blue Cross
• Aetna

We are also pending approval with:
• Blue Shield of California
• Health Net

Please note: Patients must have active PPO coverage with one of the accepted plans at the time of service. HMO plans are not accepted at this time. Verification of benefits does not guarantee coverage or payment. Patients are responsible for any uncovered services or copayments.

Maintaining your health has never been easier. Our At-Home Wellness Visit offers personalized healthcare right at your doorstep, ensuring convenience without compromising on quality. This service includes:

• Basic Check-Up: A thorough assessment of your overall health by our professional medical staff.
• Blood Draw & Lab Testing: We’ll collect blood samples and conduct a comprehensive blood panel, including CBC, CMP, TSH, Lipid Panel, A1c, and Urinalysis, to give you a detailed view of your health.
• Follow-Up Telemedicine Appointment: After your tests, we’ll schedule a telemedicine visit to review your results, answer questions, and discuss any necessary next steps for your well-being.
