Embrace does not accept insurance.
Embrace offers specialized gynecologic care. We operate as an out-of-network clinic and we cannot bill your insurance. The fees listed below are due at the time of service. We do provide a superbill (medical receipt) after payment. You can submit this to your insurance if you have out-of-network reimbursement. 

Embrace requires at least 48-hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 2-days notice, we charge a $100 missed appointment fee. 
Follow-up 60 Min $ 250.00
60-minute follow-up for established patients. 
If you have been previously seen by Natalie Mohler, NP at either Evergreen or The Oregon Clinic, you can schedule as a Follow-up. Welcome back!

This visit type does not include annual wellness visits. If you are looking for your routine annual, schedule an "Annual Wellness Visit." We can still follow-up on any concerns during this scheduled wellness visit.

60-minute virtual follow-up for established patients.

You must be in the state of WASHINGTON or OREGON during the telehealth visit.
NO DRIVING DURING VISIT. Provider will cancel appointment if you are driving.

Annual Wellness Visit 60 Min $ 250.00
This is for established patients only. 
If you have been previously seen by Natalie Mohler, NP at either Evergreen or The Oregon Clinic, you can schedule as an established patient. Welcome back!

This visit includes: 
  • routine annual wellness visit
  • gynecological physical exam (breast and pelvic)
  • collection of cervical cancer screening (if due)
  • STI screening orders/collection
  • follow-up and management of current hormone therapy regimen (if applicable)
  • follow-up and management of any sexual health interventions (if applicable)
(if appointment is on/after 3/15/26, cost is $325)

Visit cost included in membership.
New Patient Intake 90 Min $ 425.00
Comprehensive 90-minute visit with Natalie Mohler, NP, a hormone and sexual medicine specialist. To help us prepare for your visit and provide you with the best care, please complete all intake questionnaires and consent forms at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If these are not completed in advance, you may be asked to reschedule.

Included in this visit fee: 
  • Up to 90 minutes of 1:1 time with Natalie Mohler, NP
  • Problem-focused exam if indicated and consented to. 
  • Interpretation of outside lab results or labs ordered by Natalie Mohler, NP during this appointment. Typically reviewed through the portal or via phone. 
  • Unlimited direct messaging with Natalie for the first 4 weeks after your intake, so you will have support with any interventions or new medications. 
  • At this visit, you will have the option to choose between our Embrace or Embrace-Elite Membership. Some people may move forward with fee-for-service rather than membership depending on treatment plan.
Membership Options:  
$145/mo - Embrace Membership*
$195/mo  - Embrace-Elite Membership*
* All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Monthly membership dues begin 4 weeks after intake appointment.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule this appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your visit fee. However, the $100 is kept in the case of a no-show or late cancelation (cancelation or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled time).
