Embrace does not accept insurance.
Embrace offers specialized gynecologic care. We operate as an out-of-network clinic and we cannot bill your insurance. The fees listed below are due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill (medical receipt) after payment. You can submit this to your insurance if you have out-of-network reimbursement. 

Embrace requires at least two business days' notice for all cancelations or reschedules.
Non-members - A $100 fee will be charged to the card on file for no-shows or cancelations/reschedules made within two (2) business days of the appointment.
Embrace members - We still request two business days' notice, but there are no late cancel or no-show fees.

Follow-up 60 Min $ 295.00
60-minute follow-up for established patients. 

Non-members: Includes unlimited direct messaging with Natalie for 4 weeks after your appointment, so you will have support with any interventions or new medications. 
Members: Unlimited direct messaging and text is included in your membership. 

This visit type does not include annual wellness visits. If you are looking for your routine annual, schedule an "Annual Wellness Visit." We can still follow-up on any concerns during this scheduled wellness visit.

Follow-up - TELEHEALTH 60 Min $ 295.00
60-minute virtual follow-up for established patients. 

Non-members: Includes unlimited direct messaging with Natalie for 4 weeks after your appointment, so you will have support with any interventions or new medications.
Members: Unlimited direct messaging and text is included in your membership. 

You must be in the state of WASHINGTON or OREGON during the telehealth visit.
NO DRIVING DURING VISIT. Provider will cancel appointment if you are driving.

Annual Wellness Visit 60 Min $ 325.00
This is for established patients only. 

This visit includes: 
  • routine annual wellness visit
  • gynecological physical exam (breast and pelvic)
  • collection of cervical cancer screening (if due)
  • STI screening orders/collection
  • follow-up and management of current hormone therapy regimen (if applicable)
  • follow-up and management of any sexual health interventions (if applicable)
  • unlimited direct messaging with Natalie for 4 weeks after your appointment, so you will have support with any interventions or new medications. 
  • members - unlimited direct messaging and text is already included in your membership!
