IV treatments are offered at our Bend, Oregon clinic. Oral ketamine treatments are available via tele-health in Oregon & Washington. 

At Flow Wellness, ketamine therapy is used exclusively for the treatment of mood disorders. We do not currently offer treatment for chronic pain conditions and do not prescribe ketamine nasal sprays. Ketamine treatments are not covered by insurance though we do accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide superbills.

Telehealth visit for IV or oral ketamine. Required before starting treatment with Flow Wellness. Oral ketamine treatments available in Oregon and Washington. IV ketamine treatments available in Bend, OR.
Ketamine Established Patient: Mood IV One session 150 Min $ 485.00
Forty minute infusion at our Bend, OR clinic. Plan on two hours for total treatment time. Driver required. New patients will need initial visit prior to starting treatment.
