Initial Psychiatry Evaluation - 90 minutes 90 Min

The initial psychiatric evaluation is a thorough 90-minute assessment conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure complete confidentiality. During this evaluation, I will review your psychiatric and medical history to develop a tailored treatment plan. I will also investigate other potential contributors to your symptoms, such as medical conditions, substance use, or personality disorders, as these may require different approaches. Extensive education about your diagnosis will be provided, and a collaborative treatment plan will be crafted to address your specific needs. If necessary, I may order additional tests, such as blood work, genetic testing, or psychological/neuropsychological evaluations, to gain a clearer understanding of your symptoms. We will also discuss various treatment options, including psychotherapy and medications, and review their risks and benefits to help you make an informed decision.

Schedule this appointment if you are new to our practice and you would like to learn more about our concierge medical weight loss programs. Together we will discuss your weight loss, and prescribed medication options to help you meet your weight loss goals.
Cost:

Please note the following regarding our concierge weight loss program:
- $100 consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling the appointment and if you decide to move ahead with our concierge medical weight loss program, your $100 will be included in the total cost of your weight loss package.
- Medication costs are not included in the consultation fee.
- There is a charge of $25 per month to refill medication (After 1st month). Invoice due prior to reordering.

Schedule this appointment if you are new to our practice and you would like to learn more about our concierge medical weight loss programs. Our initial consultation includes: History & physical assessment, lab work, BMI, Body goal setting, exercise, and nutritional counseling. Together we will discuss weight loss prescribed medication options to help you meet your weight loss goals.

Cost:

Please note the following regarding our weight loss program:
- $100 consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling the appointment and will not be billed to your insurance
- Medication costs are not included in the consultation fee.
- There is a charge of $25 per month to refill medication (After 1st month). Invoice due prior to reordering.
