Pre-Evaluation Psychiatric Consultation (Phone call)

This is a free, brief, 10-minute, non-clinical phone consultation intended to determine whether our provider is a good fit for your psychiatric or mental health needs before scheduling a full evaluation. This is not a medical or psychiatric appointment. No diagnosis, counseling, treatment, medications, prescriptions, insurance billing, or provider–patient relationship is established during this call.

Discovery Call (Treatment-Resistant Depression)

We offer a free 15-minute discovery call to determine whether esketamine (Sparvato®) may be an appropriate treatment option for individuals with treatment-resistant depression. (Definition: Treatment-resistant depression is defined as a lack of improvement despite adequate trials of two different classes of antidepressants for at least 8 weeks).

NEW Patient - Psychiatry Evaluation (Telehealth Visit)

Initial mental health evaluation to discuss concerns, treatment goals, and next steps.
**Self Pay fee: $175; Sliding?scale fees may be available on a case?by?case basis.

Existing Patient - Psychiatry (Telehealth Visit)

Follow-up visit for established mental health patients to review symptoms and treatment progress.
**Self Pay fee: $150; Sliding?scale fees may be available on a case?by?case basis.
