Patient will consult with a staff member on experience during the previous month and discuss dosing change.

This is the first consultation. Prior to the appointment, patient must complete consent and new patient questionnaire, and complete their virtual health exam with nurse practitioner. If patient is approved for the medication, patient will be able to leave appointment with medication.
