State Residency Requirement
In accordance with state licensing and prescribing regulations, I am only able to provide clinical care and prescribe medications for individuals who are residents of Virginia. At this time, I cannot offer medical services to clients located outside the state. 

This is the first official appointment. This appointment includes a detailed health review including medical history, symptoms, and functional lab review that will then be used to design your personalized wellness plan.
