This is intended for men. As you age your hormones decrease naturally and symptoms begin.  During this 60 minute visit we review your history, and perform a brief physical if indicated, review any prior labs, and order new labs(labs draw fees not included), and make a plan for treatment. 

If you are a male and have any hormone imbalance signs or symptoms this would be with a licensed professional and you will go over healthy history and brief physical and discuss your concerns. Please bring any medical information relevant to this visit and labs you have had as well as any medications list you are on.  You will have the options of having labs drawn at an additional cost.
