A few important things to note:

Currently, I am only taking new clients for Autism and ADHD Evaluations & Genesight Testing

Unfortunately I am NOT taking new clients for holistic medication management or traditional therapy.

In addition, we currently are in-network with most BCBS plans only (always a good idea to check your specific plan to verify). Unfortunately this does not include Turquoise plan or the Unitypoint HMO only plan.

Currently services are provided to clients physically located in Washington, New Mexico, or Iowa at the time of service :) Some people chose to travel for evaluations.

As a small practice we do require a credit card on file for any co-pays, balances, or no show fees.
