A few important things to note:

If you are wanting to be assessed for both Autism AND ADHD, we recommend scheduling both appointments as long as they are on separate dates :)

Currently, I am only taking new clients for Autism and ADHD Evaluations and Holistic Medication Management.

Unfortunately I am NOT taking new clients for traditional therapy.

In addition, we currently are in-network with most BCBS plans only (always a good idea to check your specific plan to verify). Unfortunately this does not include Turquoise plan, New Mexico HMO plans, or the IA Unitypoint HMO only plan. We are actively working wo credential with medicaid and NM HMO plans.

Currently services are provided to clients physically located in Washington, New Mexico, or Iowa at the time of service :) Some people chose to travel for evaluations.

As a small practice, we require a credit card on file for any co-pays, balances, or no show fees.
