Follow-up visits are necessary to monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful weight management and health optimization. The visit will include provider access, weight check-in, health and nutrition coaching and medication refills. (Please book appointment 7-10 days before next injection is needed to allow time for ordering and shipping).

and a physical examination. Additionally, lab work will be recommended to provide a detailed
comprehension of current health status. This consultation incorporates not only testosterone but
professional guidance on vitamins and supplements and other concierge services offered at Total
Medical & Wellness that complement hormone optimization therapy such as weight management and
IV Vitamin and Nutrient Therapy. The initial fee covers initial consult, laboratory expenses, the first month of
testosterone injections and a B12 injection.
