Brief follow-up appointments for established patients to monitor progress, review symptoms, and adjust treatment as needed. Includes medication management, evaluation of response to treatment, and ongoing care planning.
Initial Visit - New Patient 60 Min $ 200.00
A comprehensive mental health evaluation for new patients. The PMHNP reviews medical and psychiatric history, assesses current symptoms, and discusses concerns and goals. A diagnosis (if appropriate) and personalized treatment plan, including medication and/or therapy recommendations, will be provided.
