Comprehensive encounter with nurse practitioner to discuss weight and/or hormone concerns for men and women. 

Description: In depth comprehensive consultation that covers medical history, signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalance (e.g., acne, weight gain, slow metabolism, thyroid concerns, etc.) and the impact on other health problems. Weight concerns are also addressed and include nutritional counseling recommendations for weight loss based on the assessment/labs, body fat analysis, suggestions for caloric intake (macros/calories per day), etc. 

This comprehensive visit does not cover the fee to discussion of labs drawn in clinic and pertinent plan of care in a second encounter once results are received from lab.
