A full deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed or no-show appointments, are non-refundable.

Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded after applying applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles for the scheduled visit.
