Contraindications:
Compression therapy may not be suitable for individuals with:
  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clotting disorders
  • Severe peripheral artery disease
  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Recent surgery or open wounds on the treatment area
  • Active infections or severe edema

Contraindications:
Infrared sauna use may not be suitable for those with:

The first step in becoming a patient at Optimize U is a comprehensive lab panel. These results will guide your provider in creating a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This is for NEW patients only.

What to expect during this appointment:
We will collect several small vials of blood to send to assess your hormone levels, metabolic function, and general health

Testing will include:
  • Full hormone panel (Total and Free Testosterone, Estrogen, Progesterone, LH, FSH, Thyroid panel, SHBG)
  • Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP)
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Lipid Panel (Cholesterol panel)
How to Prepare for Your Labs:
Fast for at least 8 hours before your appointment (only water allowed) for accurate metabolic and lipid panel results.

Once your lab results are received (typically in about 9 business days), you’ll be scheduled for an in-person or telemedicine consultation to review your results and discuss potential treatment options.
