Weight Loss Initial Consultation 60 Min $ 250.00

During this consultation, you will meet one of our highly-trained Nurse practitioners who will discuss your weight loss goals, past challenges, how our solutions can support you, the risks and benefits of the medications, and the next steps to take. If you decide to proceed, we require our patients to have lab tests done within the past 3 months before starting on weight loss medications. We will then prescribe you your treatment and educate you on how to administer at home. Cost of consult includes lab-work.

Weight Loss Follow-up 30 Min $ 50.00

During your weight-loss follow-up visits, we will review your progress, address any side effects you may be experiencing, and make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. Whether you need a prescription refill or have questions about your progress, these follow-up consultations are essential to maintaining your momentum and achieving your health goals.

Weight Loss Panel 30 Min $ 200.00

This panel is ideal if you need a basic health check and want to begin our weight loss program. It evaluates kidney and liver health, measures important vitamins and electrolytes, checks for pre-diabetes and diabetes, and assesses thyroid function.

Includes: CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, fasting insulin, TSH/T3/T4, vitamin B12, and vitamin D3.

* Labs are required within 3 months of starting our weight loss program and with use of GLP-1s. They are included in the cost of our initial weight loss consult.
