Self-Pay Fees

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $300
• Follow-Up Medication Management: $150
• $2 credit card processing fee applies
                                        

Important to Know

• We are not accepting Medicaid at this time
• Medication management only (therapy services are not offered)
• We do not prescribe controlled substances, habit-forming medications, or long-acting injectables
                                       

Payment & Attendance Policy

To respect your time and ours:
• A credit card is required on file at the time of scheduling
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments are subject to a $52 fee, automatically charged to the card on file
