Your consultation is a comprehensive, discovery-based medical visit with Kim Padilla, APRN, to explore whether our programs are the right fit for you.
During this appointment, we take a deep dive into:
  • Your medical history and current symptoms
  • Lifestyle factors: sleep, nutrition, stress, and activity
  • Your personal goals—whether you're focused on weight loss, hormone balance, fatigue, or menopausal symptoms
  • Review any labs that you provided (please bring in a paper copy so I can scan them into my records)
We’ll use this time to determine whether our membership programs and treatment options align with your needs, expectations, and commitment level.

Designed for patients who want a streamlined, consistent approach without managing outside prescriptions.
This program includes all necessary hormones provided directly through the clinic, including testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone when indicated.
Care is managed with ongoing provider oversight, regular follow-up, and integrated laboratory monitoring to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Patients have direct and timely access to their provider for adjustments, questions, and clinical guidance.
This option provides the highest level of consistency and the most efficient path to optimal results.

B12 injection package of 10 shots Pre paid 
  • STOP ALL SUPPLEMENTS 1 WEEK BEFORE LABS. 
  • Fasting for at least 8 hours. 
  • Drink 2-3 glasses of water prior to the lab draw
  • Must have an appointment scheduled or be an established patient. 
  • Renown and Banner can charge up to $600- $1,000 for this panel. If you choose to use your insurance, it may or may not cover your labs, and you're responsable to payment
  • CBC, CMP, Lipids, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, A1C. Fasting insulin
Phentermine for Weight Loss 
Phentermine is a prescription appetite suppressant that helps reduce hunger and support weight loss when combined with healthy lifestyle changes. A 30-day supply is sent to your local pharmacy and is ussually covered by insurance.

 
Contrave  (Naltrexone/bupropion ) for Weight Loss 
Contrave is an FDA-approved weight loss medication that works on brain pathways to help control cravings and reduce appetite. Patients receive a 30-day supply sent to the pharmacy. This is not covered by insurance and is an additional $200/month.

Designed for patients who prefer to obtain certain medications through their insurance or local pharmacy.
This program includes medical management, follow-up visits, and laboratory monitoring. Testosterone therapy is provided through an FDA-approved compounding pharmacy, while estrogen and progesterone are filled at your local pharmacy with the use of insurance.
This option requires coordination with an outside pharmacy and may involve variability in medication supply and dosing.
