Step 1 Of 3

New patients must choose Initial Visit appointments.

Current patients may choose Follow Up or Acute Visit appointments or book through the patient portal.

In person appointments are located at our office inside Current Wellness: 219 S East Street, Raleigh NC 27601

Virtual appointments use a secure HIPPA-compliant software with video. You will be emailed a link to access this platform once the appointment is confirmed.

We are currently only able to see patients in North Carolina, with plans to expand to other states in 2026.

To make the most out of our time together, please fill out our forms and questionnaires 24 hrs before your appointment to allow us time to review.
