An Initial Consultation is a comprehensive 30–60 minute visit designed for patients seeking care outside of our weight loss or hormone therapy programs. This visit allows us to understand your current concerns, review your health history, and determine the best path forward—whether that’s treatment for an acute illness, preventive care, or establishing membership in our Direct Primary Care (DPC) program.
When to Book an Initial Consultation

• Sick visits: Cough, cold, flu, infections, or other acute issues
• Preventive care: General wellness visits or baseline health assessment
• Chronic concerns: Ongoing symptoms that need evaluation
• DPC onboarding: Establishing care and reviewing the details of your membership
