The initial psychiatric evaluation will be approximately 45-1hr long. This will include detailed assessment of history of present illness, mental health history, substance use history, medical history, personal/social history, and family history. The goal of this evaluation is to gather a complete picture of your mental, emotional, and physical health in order to develop a personalized treatment plan.
